Flight Terms and Conditions
Orange Vintage Flights operate in partnerrship with Thomas Aviation
- Passengers must arrive at Thomas Aviation at least 15 minutes prior to their flight time.
- Any gift vouchers must be presented at the time of the flight.
- Quoted flight times are from engine start-up to engine shut down and are approximate only. Flight times may vary according to conditions such as wind.
- Thomas Aviation and Orange Vintage Flights reserves the right to cancel any flight at any time. All flights cancelled can be taken at a future date.
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to change a booking. Flights cancelled by the passenger less than 24 hours prior to the date of the booking will be Null and Void. No exceptions.
- Passengers must abide to the instructions of Thomas Aviation staff at all times.
- No person is to enter or exit the aircraft without pilot instruction.
- Thomas Aviation reserves the right to refuse to fly any person who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Thomas Aviation will only fly passengers over the age of 8 years and up to 125 kilograms in weight.
