Orange Vintage Flights operate in partnership with Thomas Aviation

• Orange Vintage Flights Gift Vouchers are not refundable.

 

• Orange Vintage Flights Gift Vouchers are not transferable.

 

• Orange Vintage Flights Gift Vouchers are valid for three months from the date of issue.

 

• Orange Vintage Flights Gift Vouchers validity may be extended for an additional charge of $20 per month.

 

• Quoted flight times are from engine start to engine shut down and are approximate only. Times may vary according to conditions such as wind.

 

• Passengers must arrive at Thomas Aviation at least 15 minutes prior to their flight time.

 

• Orange Vintage Flights Gift Vouchers must be presented at the time of the flight.

 

• Thomas Aviation and Orange Vintage Flights reserves the right to cancel any flight at any time. All flights cancelled can be taken at a future date and vouchers of flights cancelled will be honored.

 

• Flights cancelled by the passenger less than 24 hours prior to the date of the booking will be Null and Void. No exceptions.

 

• Passengers must abide to the instructions of Thomas Aviation staff at all times.

 

• No person is to enter or exit the aircraft without pilot instruction.

 

• Thomas Aviation reserves the right to refuse to fly any person who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

 

• Thomas Aviation will only fly passengers over the age of 8 years and up to 125 kilograms in weight.
